Dr. Matthew Crooks

Dr. Matthew Crooks is a double board certified, fellowship trained interventional pain specialist. He has had the distinction of training with leading experts in pain medicine at two of the nation’s top hospitals.

Tyler Ritchey

Tyler Ritchey is Pinnacle Pain and Spine’s CEO. He earned his degree in Prosthetics from Northwestern University, has his MBA, and is currently finishing his Doctorate in Business.

Danielle Abbs
Danielle Abbs works as a medical assistant. For 8 years, Dani has worked in pain management, more than two of which have been with Dr. Crooks. She has been with Pinnacle Pain & Spine Consultants since August of 2017. Dani loves being outdoors, taking road trips and reading every chance she gets!
Christine Cox
Christine Cox completes authorizations for procedures, a job she has enjoyed for eight years. She has worked in the medical field for 10 years and from November 2017 to the present she has worked with Dr. Crooks, a position she also held from 2013 to 2016. When Christine is away from work, she loves spending time with family and friends.
Maria Gonzalez
Maria Gonzalez has been a medical assistant for nine years and worked in the pain field since 2011. She has enjoyed working with Dr. Crooks for four years. When she has time, she loves hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
Bethany Traettino
Bethany Traettino proudly works as the Brand Ambassador at Pinnacle Pain & Spine Consultants. She has held this position for the past 10 months but has enjoyed working with Dr. Crooks over the past 2 years. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, riding on the back of a motorcycle and hiking.
Shannon Allen
Shannon graduated with an Associates in applied science in health information technology. She has been working in the medical field for the last seven years; two in Ophthalmology, two in prior authorizations for Medicare Part D prescriptions, and three in pain management. She has two boys. Shannon loves spending time with family, being outdoors, seeing the sites of northern Arizona, and returning to her most state of Michigan whenever she gets a chance.
